Unit 2 Lockout is the second floor of a townhouse and is a one bedroom, one bath unit of approximately 900 square feet. This unit is accessed by stairs from the front and rear of the unit. Unit 2 Lockout is totally furnished and is equipped with a full kitchen (oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and icemaker). It offers a top-quality king sized bed, sleeper sofa and a 10 foot reclining leather sofa. It boasts a 27 inch TV/VCR/DVD with premium cable channels in the living area and a TV/DVD in the bedroom. Unit 2 Lockout offers a deck (with gas grill and patio furniture) overlooking our boat slip, canal and Destin Harbor. A south-facing balcony off the bedroom offers a special place to watch our spectacular sunsets. This washer/dryer-equipped unit is immaculate and is cleaned to our very particular standards after every visit.
